However, if a physician determines during the consultation that a prescription is not appropriate and does not issue a prescription, the full amount paid will be refunded. Requests to cancel an ePass or obtain a refund due to a change of mind or other customer-related reasons cannot be accommodated, even if the physician consultation has not yet taken place.
