Using Terms and Conditions

 

• Eligibility & Usage: This campaign is exclusively for patients receiving a Mounjaro prescription at our clinic for the first time. Each patient is limited to one eCoupon per month, and the coupon is only valid for use by the individual who purchased it.

 

• Language Policy: Please be advised that all medical services and support are provided exclusively in Japanese. As we do not have multilingual staff on-site, patients must be able to communicate in Japanese to complete their consultation.

 

• Prescription & Stockpiling Limits: The maximum allowable prescription is a 6-month supply, subject to a physician’s medical judgment. To prevent stockpiling, patients with more than a one-month supply remaining from a previous prescription (at this or any affiliated clinic) will not be eligible for additional medication during their visit.

 

• eCoupon Validity: This eCoupon remains active for 90 days from the date of purchase. You must schedule and complete your clinic evaluation within this window, as expired coupons cannot be honored.

 

• Punctuality & Clinic Environment: Our clinic operates on a strict appointment-only basis; arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened session or total cancellation. Due to space limitations, companions are not permitted to wait inside the clinic during your appointment.

 

• Cancellation & Rescheduling: Appointments cancelled on the day of the visit will result in the eCoupon being marked as "used". Same-day rescheduling is subject to a ¥3,300 fee and is only possible if there is an open reservation slot. Please read the cancelation policy for more information.

 

• High-Dosage Requirements (10mg+): We do not sell eCoupons for doses of 10mg or higher online. If you require a high dose, please purchase a coupon for 7.5mg or lower first; if the physician deems a higher dosage medically necessary during your visit, we will facilitate an on-site purchase for the difference (10mg x 4: ¥35,980 | 12.5mg x 4: ¥51,980).
