What are elife points?

elife Points can be used for payments across various elife services, including elife Online Medical Services, elife Official Shop, and WellnessPlus Clinic platforms (partner clinics).

elife Points can be exchanged for loyalty tickets at 1 point = 1 yen. You can use these tickets for all types of payments, including new orders and subscriptions 💰

Loyalty tickets can be exchanged in increments of 1,000 yen without any upper limit.

Important notes about elife Points

Coupons and loyalty tickets cannot be used when purchasing points. (Orders that use them will be canceled.)
After receiving the purchase confirmation email, please check your points page from your account.
If you cancel or return your order, the points will become invalid.
Points purchased through this campaign cannot be used to purchase subscription service point at the WellnessPlus Clinic.
Sales may end without prior notice.
Points cannot be exchanged for cash. No refunds will be given for any unused balance.
We reserve the right to refuse purchases if we determine, at our discretion, that the purchase violates the purpose or terms of elife Points, including any fraudulent or unethical behavior.

How can I use elife points on the elife Clinic website?

Separate account registrations are required for elife Online Telemedicine Servies and the elife Official Shop.

If you have registered for only one, you will not be able to log in to the other site with the same credentials. Please make sure to register an account for both websites.
There are two types of loyalty tickets that can be exchanged with points: one for elife Telemedicine and one for the elife Official Shop. Please choose the appropriate ticket based on your intended use.

About Earning Points

How can I earn points?

You can earn 1% of the purchased amount in points, which you can use for transactions made on the elife online consultation platform and the elife official shop. Additionally, we plan to run various campaigns regularly, so please look out for notifications our email newsletter.

Until when can I use my points?

The points will expire 180 days (~6 months) after your last transaction date (including subscription payments).

What if I cancel or return my order? What happens to my points?

Points earned from canceled or returned orders will expire upon cancellation or return. If points have already been used, they will be deducted from your balance.

About Using Points

How can I use my points?

You can exchange your available points for "Loyalty Tickets," in increments of 1000 which can be used for each order. Find out how to exchange your points for Loyalty Tickets here.

Until when are my Loyalty Tickets valid?

Loyalty Tickets will expire 30 days after the issue date.

What happens when I cancel or return an order paid with Loyalty Tickets?

If you cancel or return an order, the Loyalty Tickets will be refunded to you. Please note that the expiration date remains unchanged.

I registered an account but cannot log in.

Can I use purchased points to buy points for Wellness Plus Clinic?

・Points purchased through this campaign cannot be used to buy points for Wellness Plus Clinic.
