Shipping
Orders containing prescription medications will be shipped only after your online consultation has been completed and your prescription has been approved by a physician.
Same-day shipping is available for orders with completed payment by:
- Weekdays: 4:00 PM (JST)
- Weekends & Public Holidays: 3:30 PM (JST)
Orders placed after the applicable cutoff time will be shipped on the next business day or later.
Please note that shipping may be delayed due to order volume, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Fee
A flat shipping fee of ¥550 (tax included) applies to all orders within Japan. Please note that a shipping fee will apply if the final amount paid after discounts falls below ¥5,000, even if the total amount before applying discounts is ¥5,000 or more. If a free shipping promotion is available, the terms and conditions of the promotion will apply.

Please note that customers cannot select a preferred shipping carrier.

- Honshu: 1–3 business days
- Hokkaido, Shikoku, and Kyushu: 2–4 business days
- Okinawa and remote islands: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on weather, transportation conditions, or carrier operations.
Prescription Medications
Prescription medications are shipped only after a physician has completed your consultation and approved the prescription.
If a prescription is not issued following your consultation, no medication will be shipped.
Due to quality control and safety regulations, prescription medications cannot be returned or exchanged after shipment unless the item is defective or shipped in error.
Shipping Address
Once an order has been confirmed, we begin preparing it for shipment immediately. As a result, we may not be able to accommodate requests to change the shipping address after the order has been placed.
Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase.
Undeliverable Orders and Refused Deliveries
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, extended absence, or refusal to accept delivery, additional shipping and handling charges may apply for reshipment.
For prescription medications, reshipment may not be possible due to quality control requirements.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
After reviewing your request, we will arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate resolution.
