Balanced absorption ratio of zinc and copper: 10:1

Zinc and copper are antagonistic minerals that inhibit each other's absorption. Taking a large amount of one will prevent the other from being absorbed. Therefore, this supplement takes into consideration the balance of the two minerals and formulates zinc and copper in an ideal ratio to suit the nutritional status of Japanese people.

We use vegetable hard capsules which dissolve faster in the body than gelatin and do not pose the risk of allergies.
