This subscription starts you on Rybelsus 3mg for your first month. After one month, your prescription automatically transitions to the maintenance dose of 7mg, so you can continue treatment without interruption.

What is Rybelsus?
Rybelsus is an oral GLP-1–based medical weight-loss treatment.
Rybelsus belongs to a class of medications called GLP-1 receptor agonists and is approved in Japan for the treatment of type 2 diabetes. It supports weight loss by reducing appetite, improving insulin secretion, and slowing digestion, helping you feel full longer and eat more comfortably.
Rybelsus contains semaglutide, the same active ingredient used in Ozempic (injectable GLP-1) and Wegovy, which is approved in Japan as a treatment for obesity.

How the Rybelsus Auto-Switch Subscription Works
- Month 1: 3mg (30 tablets)
- Month 2 and onward: Automatically switches to 7mg (30 tablets)

※Starting from the second delivery, the subscription will automatically renew as a monthly subscription for Rybelsus 7 mg (30 tablets) at ¥16,400/month. The subscription may be canceled after the second shipment has been received.
For the First Month Free Dayvigo Tablet Set Plan, Dayvigo Tablets will be charged at ¥5,980 starting from the second month. The subscription may be canceled after the second shipment has been received.
How to Take
Take one tablet once daily, first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, with no more than 120ml of water. Please wait at least 30 minutes before eating, drinking, or taking any other medications.

[ Expiration Date ]
This offer is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. Please be aware that the discount will expire after 90 days and can no longer be applied to your treatment.
[ Refunds & Cancelations ]
Once purchased, an ePass is generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law. However, if a physician determines during the consultation that a prescription is not appropriate and does not issue a prescription, the full amount paid will be refunded. Requests to cancel an ePass or obtain a refund due to a change of mind or other customer-related reasons cannot be accommodated, even if the physician consultation has not yet taken place.
