This offer covers the special introductory rate for your first month of treatment. Please note that purchasing this plan does not trigger immediate medication delivery. To receive your prescription, you must complete a separate online medical consultation after registration.
[ How it Works ]
Once you register for this plan, we will email you instructions for your online consultation along with your exclusive eCoupon code. Simply click on the link inside the email to book your consultation, and automatically apply the eCoupon. Your medication will be shipped to your home following a physician’s evaluation and prescription.
[ Expiration Date ]
This offer is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. Please be aware that the discount will expire after 90 days and can no longer be applied to your treatment.
[ Refunds & Cancelations ]
Once purchased, an ePass is generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law. However, if a physician determines during the consultation that a prescription is not appropriate and does not issue a prescription, the full amount paid will be refunded. Requests to cancel an ePass or obtain a refund due to a change of mind or other customer-related reasons cannot be accommodated, even if the physician consultation has not yet taken place.

For plans offering a discounted introductory rate compared to the standard price, a minimum number of required orders may apply as a condition of the discount. If you cancel your subscription before reaching the required minimum orders, the difference between the standard price and the discounted price will be charged to your registered credit card upon cancellation. Please refer to this page for details on the minimum required orders, initial price, and standard price for this plan. However, if subscription fulfillment becomes unavailable due to product out-of-stock issues or other circumstances attributable to us or our affiliated providers, this price difference will not be charged. Cancellations must be processed via "Manage Subscription" on your My Page at least 2 days prior to your next billing date. (If a "standard price" is not explicitly specified, the price for the second month/second order onward will be used to calculate the price difference.
