[ How it Works ]
Once you register for this plan, we will email you instructions for your online consultation along with your exclusive eCoupon code. Simply click on the link inside the email to book your consultation, and automatically apply the eCoupon. Your medication will be shipped to your home following a physician’s evaluation and prescription.

[ Expiration Date ]
This offer is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. Please be aware that the discount will expire after 90 days and can no longer be applied to your treatment.

[ Refunds & Cancelations ]
Once purchased, an ePass is generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law. However, if a physician determines during the consultation that a prescription is not appropriate and does not issue a prescription, the full amount paid will be refunded. Requests to cancel an ePass or obtain a refund due to a change of mind or other customer-related reasons cannot be accommodated, even if the physician consultation has not yet taken place.
