Simple Math: 1 Point = ¥1. Tickets can be exchanged in increments of ¥1,000 with no upper limit. For example, if your order is ¥19,800, you can choose to apply ¥19,000 or ¥20,000 in tickets.

 

Terms and Conditions

• Validity: Points expire 6 months (180 days) after issuance.
• Telemedicine Orders: For [Telemedicine] orders, please exchange points for a single ticket in the specific amount you wish to use (multiple tickets cannot be combined for a single clinic order).
• No Partial Refunds: If a loyalty ticket exceeds the order total, the remaining balance cannot be refunded.
• Restrictions: Coupons and tickets cannot be used to purchase points. Such orders will be canceled automatically.
• Policy: Points are generally non-refundable. We recommend purchasing only the amount you intend to use within 6 months.
• Discretion: elife reserves the right to end sales without notice or refuse service in cases of unethical behavior or terms violations.
