45kgからスタートしました。 食欲抑制効果は初日から実感でき、腹八分ほどでしっかり満足できるようになりました。 特に良かったのは、生理前の食欲が暴走しやすい時期でもコントロールしやすくなったことです。 これまで生理前に食べすぎて体重が戻らない月もありましたが、そういったことがなくなりました。 体質的にむくみやすく、生理前は1〜1.5kgほど増えますが、生理後はきちんと元に戻っています。 体重の落ちるスピードについては、想像以上でした。 約1ヶ月間ほとんど変化がなかったものの、ある日突然ストンと2kg近く落ちたため驚きました。 これ以上の減量は必要ないと感じているため、次の1ヶ月は体重維持ができるかを確認し、問題なければ外食の予定がある日や生理前のみの服用に切り替える予定です。
まずは10日間の3mgです。5日目ですが、早くも少し食欲が落ち着きました。

急に7ミリに変わるので吐き気と腹痛の副作用がすごいですが、その分耐えれば効果はかなりあると思います。体にいいとは決して言えませんが死ぬ気で痩せようと思う方にはおすすめです。ただ日中よく動いたりされるお仕事の方には向かないと思います。
