配達されるまでに、１週間位かかるとのことでしたが、早めの配達でありがたいです。梱包もきちんとされておりました。今までは、ビタミンDとオメガ3と別々の錠剤で摂ってましたが、今回注文させていただいたものは一緒に摂れます。また、ビタミンDが1日摂りたい 4000IUが 1粒に入っており満足してます。花粉症なんて問題外。１人では２ケ月分あるので、毎月の定期購入は....。２ヶ月に１度の定期購入があればと思います。
