• Eligibility: This campaign is limited to 1 coupon per patient per month

• Language Support: Please note that services are available in Japanese only. We currently do not have foreign language speaking staff on-site.

• Punctuality: As the clinic operates on a strict reservation system, arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened consultation or cancellation.

• Private Clinical Space: To maintain a tranquil and focused environment for all guests, our clinic operates with strict capacity standards. We kindly ask that you arrive unaccompanied, as our waiting area is reserved exclusively for scheduled clients and cannot accommodate companions.

• Validity: This eCoupon is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. Please ensure you complete your clinic visit within this window.

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations on the day of the appointment will result in the coupon being marked as "used." Rescheduling on the day of the appointment incurs a ¥3,300 fee.
